Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 822bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to meet any one of these conditions may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration and Security

Players who have already withdrawn their deposited funds are not entitled to initiate chargebacks.

Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

• 3 Promotion ExpiryAll bonuses and free spins have an expiry period specified in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance or free spin award that has not been used or for which the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on sports betting markets and casino games through 822bd. By placing a bet you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules.

• 1 Bet ConfirmationA bet is only considered placed and valid once a confirmation message has been issued by the 822bd platform and a bet reference number has been assigned. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid. Network errors on the player's device that prevent a confirmation from being received do not create an obligation on 822bd to honour an unconfirmed bet.
• 2 Odds and Market ChangesOdds on sports markets may fluctuate up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the final odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet. 822bd reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events.
• 3 Void and Cancelled Bets822bd reserves the right to void any bet where there has been a technical error affecting the displayed odds or game outcome, where a market has been settled in error, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of a voided bet.

Responsible Gaming

Gaming should never be viewed as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or an activity that interferes with your personal, professional, or financial wellbeing.

• 3 Colluding with other players, casino dealers, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of a game, bet, or tournament, including sharing account access with another person for the purpose of gaining a strategic advantage.
• 4 Attempting to exploit any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability on the 822bd platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or suspected technical error must be reported to 822bd support and will not be payable pending investigation.

Account Termination and Suspension

822bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of applicable bonus forfeitures will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
